    I'd phrase it differently.

First off, I don't think this forum is a replacement for a good textbook.

Hopefully I understood what you were trying to say...

    ...in the Russian language.
    OR
    ...in Russian.

    Just not "in russian language"

Why are they all Russian, Ref? Why not, say, American of French? Are they all tourists? Don't locals eat at Twelve's?

Is Russian Walking Street a name of the street? Or is it just Walking Street? Sounds weird in any case.

What is specific about the area that only Russian tourists stay there? Why do other tourists keep away from it?

Mouth to mouth from Russian tourist. 3-4 years ago, Russian tourist are not too much as nowadays.
In the end of side street have the big hotel that very popular for Russian tour. i don't know why's popular,
i think the hotel is look like a small complex and a lot of activity inside and located on the beach. Very Comfortable for tourist.
Then Guide always advise most of tourist on stay here so the most of local shop in front of the hotel are farseeing to up selling from tourist.
They upgraded and changed their product to satisfy Russian tourist such as Hotel, Guest house, Restaurant with Russian food, Massage,
Fresh Fruit shop, Shashlik stand, Kebab booth, souvenir etc.
Nowadays, Russian tourist are 98% in here, they come to stay and enjoy walking around to find some food and some shopping and someone is heading to the beach by pass this street.
So, Local people called Russian Walking Street.
